BUBBA FEST! is a weekend celebration of America’s Heartland. The event will feature special appearances by some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment, a comedy performance, a country music concert, and a Friday night kickoff party. BUBBA FEST! will include activities and contests that will appeal to all ages, including a Tricked-Out Truck Contest, a Baddest Bike Contest, and exhibitors from around the world. Think of the state fair meets comic con, and there lies BUBBA FEST!: a family-friendly event like no other. Feast with the Beasts is Knoxville’s favorite wine, food and brew event, featuring samples from more than 40 area restaurants, wineries, breweries and distillers. Enjoy live entertainment from Smooth Sailor and Nate Brown. Smooth Sailor charts a course for pure listening pleasure with timeless 70s and 80s “yacht rock” at its finest! Nate Brown offers the rhythms of Afro-Latin Jazz, Calypso, Steel Pan and African percussion. Feast with the Beasts is for guests ages 21 and older and guests must show a valid photo I.D. to enter the event. All proceeds directly benefit Zoo Knoxville. Back by popular demand our BBQ & Brews now featured on the Fontana Trestle Train, will roll out this Summer! Featuring slow-cooked BBQ prepared fresh and beer tastings showcasing our local breweries! Family friendly seating is be available on this experience! Departing from Bryson City, these trains will travel to the Fontana Trestle and arrive just around sunset for a spectacular view! A delicious BBQ meal will be served during the trip. Returning back to the Bryson City Depot at 9pm. Each of you will get your own basket of Southern-style barbeque goodness with hand-pulled pork slider, a couple pork ribs, and chicken drumstick accompanied by baked beans and house-made coleslaw. And, of course, no respectable Southern barbecue would forget to warm up some apple cobbler for dessert.
